"Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. Through him we have also obtained access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and we rejoice in hope of the glory of God. Not only that, but we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, and hope does not put us to shame, because God's love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us." - Romans 5:3-5
We received word today that Celia might be able to drink bottles throughout the day as needed starting in the next day or two! We are so excited at this news, as she is one hungry baby! Please pray that she will continue not to have ANY digestion problems as her milk intake increases! It has been hard to see her wake up grumpy, wanting to have her tummy filled. Today she spent most of the day wide-eyed and very awake. She has an sense of awareness to her you wouldn't expect a newborn to have, especially a preemie!

Celia is a loyal Hawkeye fan. Even though they didn't have too good of a game today, she was cheering for them with her fancy headband and socks on!
Celia also had some special visitors this weekend. Her grandparents (Julya's mom and dad) were able to hold her first time today!
I am sure she will so happy to receive more milk. Praise the Lord!
